Thank you for selecting Hollywood’s Body Language Studio for your beauty needs. We are
honored to be of service to you. Below is a description of policies and procedures.
Disclosure:The treatment is a process and subsequent visits may be necessary in order to
achieve the desired results. Results from treatment may take up to 12 weeks to show
maximized results and results vary from client to client.
Appointment Confirmation: Consistency is very vital to your goals. Keeping your scheduled
appointments are very important. Once appointment is accepted you will receive a text and/or
email advising appointment was accepted. Two days prior to your appointment you will receive
a reminder of your appointment. The day before you will be asked to confirm your appointment.
If the appointment is not confirmed 24 hrs prior to your appointment one last reminder will be
sent out. If appointment is not confirmed appointment will be canceled. We have implemented a
time frame each packaged should be completed. Review information below.
4 Session package/30 days to complete.
6 Session package/ 45 days to complete.
10 Session package/ 60 days to complete.
14 Session package/90 days to complete.

Form of Payment: Please be advised that payment for all services is due at the time services
are rendered. We require full payment for the visit prior to being seen by our specialist. We
accept Credit Card, Debit Card and cash. All forms of payment are immediately run through an
electronic processing system and immediately deposited into the electronic transfer system.
Fees: All cost are payable in full prior to initial treatment and are non-refundable. Packages is
payable in full at first package visit prior to initial treatment. All fees for services and products
are non-refundable.
No refund Policy: I have read and agree to the no refund policy. I have discussed
contraindications, procedures, timeline of treatment plan, and pricing during consultation. I
understand I have purchased multiple sessions, scheduled at specific times and canceling or
rescheduling these pre-booked dates less than 24 hours will lead to a $50 rescheduling fee per
occurrence. The staff at HBLS and owner have the right to refuse treatment of any client in
circumstances where the specialist deems the treatment to be unsuitable, non
communication,or dishonesty of medical diagnosis will result in ending contract with no refunds.
Recommendations prior to starting your first sessions and during treatment process.
Prior to your appointment we asked that you begin to drink half of your body weight in oz of
water per day. Day of your appointment we asked that you drink 2 bottles before and 2 bottles
right after your appointment. No eating 2 hours before your appointment and 1 hour after..
Water and hydration is the key to your results.
